Founding member, Anne Marie Gennusa Lindsey is an experienced attorney with over three decades of legal practice dedicated to serving individuals and families throughout Northeast Florida. Her work spans wills, trusts, estate planning, probate litigation, family law, and mediation. She is known for her professionalism, strong courtroom advocacy, and compassionate, client-centered approach.

Ms. Gennusa Lindsey began her legal career over 30 years ago with The Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Defense Division in Bronx, New York.This early experience shaped her strong litigation skills and deep understanding of the legal system. She has served as an Assistant State Attorney, Defense Attorney, and Judge. Her experience on all sides of the courtroom provides a well-rounded perspective that benefits every client she represents.

Family, Estate & Mediation Law is an extension of her commitment to the rule of law where she continues to provide thoughtful, effective legal representation. She also brings valuable insight having served as a County Court Judge and as an Acting Circuit Court Judge presiding over thousands of criminal, family, traffic, truancy, and juvenile cases. This experience gives her unique insight into how evaluate cases and guide her clients with clarity and confidence.

Ms. Gennusa Lindsey assists clients in planning for the future through wills, trusts, and related estate planning tools. She works closely with individuals and families to help protect their assets, provide for loved ones, and create plans that offer long-term security and peace of mind.

She represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, paternity, child custody, and adoption. Ms. Lindsey understands the emotional nature of these cases and is committed to helping families reach practical, thoughtful resolutions.

With extensive experience as former judge, defense attorney and former prosecutor, Ms. Gennusa Lindsey provides knowledgeable and strategic representation in criminal matters, including misdemeanor and felony cases. Her background allows her to effectively navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system.

She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Supreme Court. She is also a certified Florida Supreme Court Family Law Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator and has served as an Attorney ad Litem, Guardian ad Litem, and Parenting Coordinator.

Ms. Gennusa Lindsey earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law, where she was the recipient of various honors and awards for excellence in academics, trial advocacy and community involvement. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degrees in Paralegal Studies from Mercy College and has master level certificates in Government Contracting and Human Resource Management from Villanova University.

For over a decade, Ms. Gennusa Lindsey has earned the prestigious AV Preeminent Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standards.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Gennusa Lindsey is deeply committed to her community. She has donated thousands of hours of pro bono legal services and has been recognized with the Kathy Parra Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award. She remains active in local civic and professional organizations and is dedicated to serving those in need. Currently she serves as a board member for Feed the Need and the Kiwanis Club of Azalaea City.
